YAN DON CAN COOK

Yesterday was a much needed breather. For my Malaysian bloggers, yesterday was Vesak day in Sngapore, ie. a public holiday!! (Dun ask me why M'sia & S'pore have diff Vesak days, lain maz'hab agaknye, hee hee hee) The original plan was to go see our interior designer, to get our final quotation and the 3D perspective drawings but the lazy bugs came to bite.. "OUCH!!!"

I was about to prepare the "makan petang" (yes, and we have makan pagi, makan tengah hari, makan malam & also the makan larut malam)when my dearest DON volunteered to make his extra special "Jemput Jemput Ikan Bilis". OOhhh I love a man who knows his way in the kitchen *SEXY*!!!! hehehe (but of course him "cooking" means I have to prepare all the ingredients first!!)

And yes, it really tasted GOOD!!! And best of all he did the cleaning after he was done!!! My mom, sister, and even my maid couldn't stop singing praises of him & his jemput-jemput!!!!! I'd love to post up the pics of him that I couldnt resist taking here but I'd rather not evoke his wrath (in case he takes away my supp card!!! My cards are all maxxed out!! hehehe)

After a whole day of rest yesterday I'm all ready for a whole nite of shopping today. But first stop --> Pinnacle@ Duxton, the newest property in town. Its a HDB project, is 50 storeys high and has been marketed aggresively these past few weeks. It's right smack in town and half a stone's throw from my office. We're gonna take a peek at the showroom to get some ideas for our own place.

Then off to Expo for the Metro Warehouse Sale (Nak ikut Mommy Hazel?) Will be meeting my fellow Shopping Diva there ans we will shop, shop n shop away.....
Ps: Good thing they r having the PC show at the same time as the Warehouse Sale. That should keep the DON from sms-ing me every 15 min "ARE YOU DONE YET?" hehehe
