All aboard...!!!!

Can't help smiling thinking how I dun have to wake up early every morning for this whole week coz I'M ON VACATION!!!!! One whole week's leave. YABADABADOO!!! No annoying clients, no crazy computers, no smart-alecky court staff to entertain and NO WORK!!

Just a long road trip ahead and everyday of shopping, shopping n even more shopping. We'll be crossing the border to Thailand to do even more shopping there. I just hope everything has calmed down there and there will be no repeat of early May's crossfire in Patani.

I've got all my things ready, lotsa cd for those roads when we can't get HITZ or ERA on the waves, my books to prevent me from sleeping too much in the car and accompany THE DON while he's driving, a sweater to battle the freezing air con in the Lancerlot & lots n lots of munchies....

This will be our first long distance trip in the Lancerlot, I really do hope everything will go well. (We've had ur shares of car trouble on Malaysian roads, I'll save the story for another entry)It'll also be the first time the family in Kelantan will be meeting THE DON. We'll have to remember to drop the terms of endearment and stick to calling each other by name.(There's bound to be slip-ups, I'm sure) But having my mom there with her watchful eyes should keep us in place. heee hee hee

We'll drive by Kuantan on our way down and we'll b having another family gathering there. That should be lotsa fun. There might even be time for a swim at the waterfall there, hopefully. Meanwhile wish us a safe trip and I'll be back on next Sun with the whole story, pics n all....
