Abracadabra "POOOF"

I have an allergy to people in Sales. (sorry sesape pembaca yang in sales) They are like the fly that buzz around you all day long when they want something from you, hogging your time and offering sweet promises. When you succumb to their sweet talk and finally sign on the dotted lines, they suddenly go "PooF" almost magically........

My blood is boiling right now. I traded in our 2 old trusty copiers for 2 brand new ones from their competitor. They agreed to buy out our current lease and of coz in appreciation for securing the deal with them, they were giving me a free gadget and some shopping vouchers. The Sales Exec is supposed to come by today with the cheque and gifts. I have been calling him since I got to the office at 9.30am (oops, pecah tembelang..) till now with no answer. *Aaarrgghh!* When we were in negotiating stage he'd call a few times a day. I really wonder, do all sales people take lessons in "HOW TO AVOID AFTER-SALES SERVICE?"
