Weekend Wonders

Saturday

The pinnacle of my week was finally here. I rushed from the airport (after sending Su off) to Queenstown MRT station to meet IS. And the journey was ARDUOUS!!! I tdo, bangun.... Eunos, tido bangun, Raffles Place. *sigh* By then IS dah kluar dari camp pun. so we decided to juz meet at his place. Aaarrgghh!!!!! Padan muka aku !! Org suruh amik lesen tak nak .. sekarang kereta ade tapi tak tau drive !!
After maghrib, we went to my sister's place in Pasir Ris. As usual met all my other siblings n nieces n nephews there.

Sunday

My darling requested his second fav dish, Sweet Sour Fish. Tried a slighly different recipe than the one I usually use. Alhamdulillah turned out fine. I love cooking for IS cos he's such a foodie. And the best part about marrying a foodie is that he shows his appreciation by eating what you cook .. and eating lots n lots. That's very encouraging for me to cook even more often. IS joked that he wanted to see his officer to extend his reservist duration coz during the weekends I treat him like a King. hehe

We were supposed to go to Suntec after lunch to check out the photography exhibition there but IS ate so much that all he wanted to do after lunch was Zzzzzzz!!!! Typical kan?? ....


Managed to do some grocery shopping for the raya gathering nex week. That reminds me ... I need to collect my baju from the dryers... *sigh* Again.. if only I can drive ................
