Rain Rain Go Away.....

Raining cats n dogs n elephants n dinosaurs too today. After work, did a bit of shopping to look for a gift for SU from Umi n me. After much deliberation n surveying around, decided to get her a gold bracelet. Women like gold anyway.(well, most women..) Managed to get her kids a watch each too.

Met the rest of the family @ Gurame amidst a heavy downpour. Food was kinda mediocre. Guess what Umi said kinda summed it up, "Indah khabar dari rupa" Not to mention expensive !!! But I guess it was kinda ok coz Su really wanted to go to Gurame. (She kept seeing the advert on TV, with that irritating badut always promoting Gurame) Anyway after dinner while the rest drove home, I brought Su to Orchard Rd. Had a snap-shot spree with all the Christmas decor... Almost all the shops were closed since it was past 9 but whatever few shops remained open, we managed to scour for laz minute buys. Kinda sad to see her leave. Just hope she makes good her promise to return in 6 mths time.....
