Pahang here I come!!!

Can hardly belief it.. nex week is the last week of puasa. Izzit juz me or is time really moving faster these days. I remember in the past how I'd pine for Raya. It seemed like we puasa for an eternity and yet Raya is nowhere near. Nex Friday we'd b leaving for Pahang. We'd probably leave @ 9pm or so after IS comes back from the office. Traffic would be very heavy I'm sure coz everybody will be driving up to go to their respective kampungs. I really can't wait to finally celebrate Hari Raya over there. This will be my first time and DEFINITELY not my last.

Had to finish all my Raya preparations by this week coz its the only weekend i have left b4 Raya. Alhamdulillah managed to finish up all my kuih-making juz now. 2moro, we're gonna go JB to visit my Uncle n Aunt n also for me to have a last look @ shops over there. Mana lah tau ade baju yg I berkenan? hehe Still not giving up hope!!!

My sis n family came for buka juz now. After so'lat Maghrib I started making kuih cornflakes with the help of my 3 assisstants, my niece, Shafiqa 8, n Nephews Shafiq, 12 n Shakir, 4. The older kids helped with the measurement of ingredients while Shakir, helped to lay out the cupcakes on the tray. As he was doing this, he dgn slambanye said,

"Aunty, you must pay me $200, ok?"

Me: "Why must I pay you?"

Shakir: "Because I help you put all these!"

Me: "Aunty have no money, how to pay you $200?"

Shakir:" Never mind lah watever u have you give me !!"

Hahaa haaa Cute kan ? Mcm geram gitu nak cubit cubit mulut die. I gave a small Tupperware full of the cornflakes for them then put a few more in a plastic bag for them to eat in the car on the way back. @ the gate, his brother wanted to take one from the bag, Shakir refused to give bcoz "Aunty said eat in the car, We are not in the car yet!!" Soo cute !!

Its gonna b shocking for them this year when they come on the first day and find I'm not around. Oh well...at least I dun have to clean up the mess they make in my room this year !!!!! I have 18 nieces n nephews in all.... sume cute cute tapi kalau dah sume dtg serentak they become 18 MONSTERS!!!! They all lurve my room coz they can watch TV n play the comp. But when they leave, it'd be like a hurricane swept thru my room. At that time, this fav aunty of theirs will become their least fav coz I'll scream @ them to clean up b4 they go home.
